We promise to not sell, lease or exchange your personal data to third parties in ways other than those explicitly described in this Privacy Policy, which is a part of the StageBloc General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions") policy, located at http://www.stagebloc.com/legal/terms. By using StageBloc, including all services available at the StageBloc domain, its sub-domains, and all affiliated domains and sub-domains, or associated services, Users are using a service provided by StageBloc, Inc. and agree to be bound by both the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Some terms use in this Privacy Policy may be defined in the Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy only addresses activities from our servers.
Information Collection and Use
StageBloc collects User submitted personal information such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and age to authenticate Users, provide a customized Service, and send notifications to those Users relating to, without limitation, the StageBloc Services, special events, contests and special offers. User information (including full name and associated account name) may be displayed in order to facilitate User interaction through the StageBloc system. Users will have control over what, if any, information is shared for such User interactions.
When accessing web pages on the StageBloc.com domain, its sub-domains, and all affiliated domains and sub-domains operated by StageBloc, Inc., StageBloc may log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type from Users and other visitors to the site. StageBloc, or a partner, may on occasion sponsor a promotion, sweepstake, or contest on StageBloc. To participate, Users may be asked to provide personal information or to answer questions. The StageBloc service requires an email and password login for all Users. For all paid accounts, StageBloc may collect personally identifiable information (including credit card number, billing address, and phone number) and keep this information on file in our secure server to process recurring invoices. This information is only used to verify credit card authenticity and issue invoices. Upon discontinuation of StageBloc service, this information will be eradicated from our system. If we are unable to process a subscription, this information, along with your account information, may be used to contact you.
StageBloc provides a variety of tools for Users to promote their website (or content on their website) over email and via text messages. Information entered into these forms is stored in our database for analytics purposes and to assist in tracking down abusive Users and those using these tools for spamming.
Users powering websites with StageBloc Services are given tools that may ask you to enter your email address or other contact information. Since Users on StageBloc have full control over the code on their site directly, there are opportunities available for a malicious User to inject code that would log your information before it reaches our system. In addition, once in our system, website owners will have the opportunity to review, modify, and use any information entered into their website. Since we do not have full control over how Users run their individual sites or how they use this information, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any StageBloc powered website that we do not own. You should make sure you trust the owner of a particular website before submitting personally identifiable information on that site.
To remove your personally identifiable information from our system, contact us to have your account deactivated and deleted. If you do not specifically request that all data associated with your account be deleted, StageBloc reserves the right to retain it for future re-activation purposes.
Security
StageBloc User accounts are secured by User-created passwords. StageBloc takes reasonable measures, such as encryption, to protect private information stored within our database against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. In addition, we restrict access to such private information to only those employees who need access to perform their job functions. Please note that StageBloc cannot guarantee the security of User account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. Users are urged to take precautions to protect their personal data by changing passwords often, using a combination of letters and numbers, and using a secure web browser. StageBloc Users may adjust or remove any personal or account related information through the StageBloc account backend. We encourage Users to keep this information up to date to facilitate efficient operation of customer service requests and billing processes.
Communications from StageBloc, Inc.
We may send you service-related announcements when necessary. Upon issuing a customer support request to StageBloc, we may use your information and email address to contact you regarding your inquiry.
Choice/Opt-out
Only non-promotional service announcements, as described in the above section, will be issued without prior authorization. Upon deactivating your StageBloc account, you will receive no further communication from us.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
StageBloc reserves the right to share aggregated, non-personally identifiable, demographic information about our User base with advertisers. This information contains statistics related to traffic and the geographic location of our customers and Service users and enables us to improve our products and Services.
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

We will submit your billing information to our credit card processing agent for approval when activating new accounts, processing invoices, and when you update your billing information.
